Terms and Condition for Customers : 10% cashback offer for HDFC Bank Credit cards

  Terms & Conditions by Shoppers Stop Ltd:

1. The Offer is valid only on purchases done on www.shoppersstop.com using the HDFC Bank Credit card.
2. The cashback will be not applicable for Crossword merchandise, Gift Vouchers and First Citizen membership purchased online.
3. Offer period: 5th Oct 2009 to 31st JAN, 2010 (both days inclusive)
4. The minimum transaction size to be eligible for Cashback Offer:
   • 10% cash back for HDFC Bank Credit card holders for purchases of Rs 1500 and above, made on www.shoppersstop.com
5. Maximum Cashback amount per order will be Rs 500.00.
6. The cash back amount will be credited to the customers card account within 14 days of the order shipping date.
7. If, after the cashback amount being posted, the order is cancelled or returned, the cashback amount also will be reversed proportionately
8. Cashback shall be credited to the same HDFC Bank credit card which has been used for making the purchase
9. 5 times Reward Points will be credited to your card account by HDFC Bank.
10. Offer is valid only for successful/approved transactions.
11. The Cash back Offer cannot be exchanged for other Offer provided by shoppersstop.com & HDFC Bank.

16. In the event of non-happening, cancellation or partial happening of the offer for reasons beyond anybody’s control or Act of God, then neither Shoppers’ Stop nor their agents, sponsors nor their agents, successors or assigns shall be liable to any of the Customers participating in the Offer.
